anyone actually beleive this?>

"The invite only BM6 lounge is already over-subscribed and, after a rush of enquiries, we expect to sell the last six remaining Executive Boxes soon. "

Anyone here been invited?

There has also been a big response from new supporters, with well over a thousand fans now registered on the Club London waiting list.

So there's another 30000 to go, then?!

One called The Forge just come out at 750 to join and 250 a month.

The 750 is taken straight away to secure seat which is in central block behind dug out and direct debit starts in June 2016.

Price fixed for the 3 yr sign up and upto 3 cup games a season included (currently two). Free drinks at half time and programme. You can also sell / transfer ticket so the 750 is the license fee for the seat so after year or two could sell on or swap / sell with other members if cant make a game.

Works out at £150 a game including Vat with food available match to match similar to Wembley. Apparently there will be another 5 or 6 of these type lounges with seating blocks going away from centre circle.

3000 corporate seats in total. Think they will sell the higher price seats to some actual corporates not current West Ham fans who run their own businesses. We have no actual brands at Upton Park because the offering is poor. You go to Arsenal, Spirs, Chelsea it is house hold names in the premium lounges not local building firms who could spend the money.

Going to be kids season tickets / under 16 for 99 a season and still maintain some kids for a quid.

Told 10% will be away allocation, 10% match day / individual game sales, club London area so after press, directors etc I make that to be around 40,000 season tickets available

Screenshots to see view from seats etc was good at reservation centre with bit of a cheesey video watched from a row of seats and a touch screen plan view of the stadium.

you need to read the small print

the new bm6 invite only holds 30 people only

the current bm6 holds a few hundred therefore even at 10,000 per year per seat for 10 years it is likely to find 30 wealthy hammers/or corporate colins

now the real gamble is the pricing of the Arnold Hills and the Royal East Lounges

£1500 up front reserving fee +
£384 per month per seat
for 3 year commitment

no food, free drinks at half time

hmmm
